Since 2018, neue fische - School and Pool for Digital Talent has been offering an education and qualification programme for IT professions that is unique in Germany. The team around founder Dalia Das trains career changers to become IT professionals in short-format boot camps and connects them with exciting employers. It also helps identify talent within the existing workforce in order to further qualify them for IT professions with a future. With 5 locations in Germany and the successful transition to a fully digital remote-live format, Das led its innovative education and talent platform to market leadership in Germany and joined the internationally operating Future Group in 2022. Since summer 2022, she has also taken over the management of Berlin-based SPICED Academy. Dalia Das was awarded the XING New Work Award in March 2019 and 2020 in the categories "New Worker" and "New Work Alumni" and topped the Business Punk Watchlist in 2020 as first-place winner in the HR & Education category. She was also one of the three finalists of The Spark Award 2022, the German Digital Award by McKinsey and Handelsblatt in the category "Female Founder".
